Golf can be a lot of fun. Golf is a sport but it is one of those sports you play on a sunny day out in a grassy field with a couple of your friends and you don’t have to strain your muscles in any way. Golf is by no means a cardio exercise. You can be an unhealthy golfer if you want to and that is one of the best parts of golfing. Old men love to play golf because it is a sport they can be good at without having to work too hard at it.
There is only one problem with golf as a sport that doesn’t require you to exercise and that is the golf carry bag. Golf bags are giant pieces of equipment that you need to carry on your back like a turtle. If you are not physically fit it can be a real pain in the neck carrying around all of that weight with you. Just remember, lift with your legs or use a rolling golf cart to avoid injury.
